JOB SUMMARY

Department Heads ensure an exemplary education is being delivered in their department. This role is responsible for overseeing both the General Construction and Plumbing programs, ensuring curriculum integrity, hands-on training quality, and alignment with industry standards across multiple skilled trades. Department Heads enforce instructor accountability, address students’ issues, verify that classes start and end on time, order supplies needed for their department’s classes, and perform other critical operational and academic functions.

Compensation:

$85,000 to $95,000

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Monitor all classes in the respective department first thing in the morning and multiple times throughout the day to ensure proper education is taking place with sufficient supplies.
+ Enforce timely start-up, dismissal, and break times for classes in the respective department.
