Role Summary We are hiring a Dental Lab Operations Manager to run the daily performance of our digital dental lab operations, and to own case delivery SLAs end-to-end. This role is responsible for throughput, backlog, quality, staffing, and execution disciplineensuring every case moves smoothly from intake to final delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role based in Cairo, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards while scaling output.
