Hours: 30 hours, 4 days per week

Base: Grays Health Centre, Brooke Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 5BY

Salary: £28,392 – £31,157 per annum, pro rata (Actual £22,713.60 – £24,925.60) Plus a supplementary fringe payment of 5% of the basic salary (pro rata)
