Dental Hygienist

Forum Dental St Louis is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 1544 Sierra Vista Plz St. Louis, Missouri 63138

Work Schedule: M-Th 7:45 am - 5:00 pm

1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. 

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available! 

Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!
