Essential Job Functions
 : Adhere to the established policies and procedures of the college while performing professional duties.

Provide clinical instruction aligned with the college's stated philosophy, objectives, and established course outlines.

Assist students with all aspects of patient care, including treatment and treatment planning.

Attend faculty calibration meetings to maintain consistent instructional standards.

Collaborate with the lead clinical instructor to remain up-to-date with curriculum and policy changes.

Work with the clinical dentist to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Monitor and evaluate students’ clinical performance to ensure compliance with professional standards and competencies.
