Experienced in dental administration, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
Proficient in Tracker software
Comfortable with booking appointments, managing patient communications, and maintaining a full schedule
Familiar with insurance processing and pre-authorizations
Experience with accounts receivable is an asset
