Demolition Manager

The Demolition Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of decommissioning of the Line 1 Facility. This ranges from the initial structural survey and hazardous material assessment to the final site clearance and waste remediation.

Responsibilities:

• Demolition Planning: Develops detailed Demolition Method Statements (DMS) and sequences that prioritize safety and structural stability.
• Structural Analysis: Evaluates the integrity of aging structures to determine the safest method of dismantling.
• Geotechnical Engineering: Assesses ground stability to support heavy demolition machinery and prevent unintended collapses or vibrations affecting nearby active assets.
• Maintenance & Repair Coordination: Ensures that demolition activities do not compromise the shared utility lines or structural supports of adjacent buildings that must remain operational.
