**POSITION SUMMARY**

We are currently seeking to recruit Demi Chefs for various sections including Breakfast, A la Carte, Larder and Sauce as well as for the resort’s outlets.

The main function of the Demi Chef de Partie is to assist in the supervision of the assigned section in order to prepare and provide high quality food, whilst ensuring that hotel standards are achieved and maintained.
