Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station.
• Assist the Senior Sushi Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the kitchen team.
