We pay the team a service charge each month, 100% of which is shared amongst the staff. This payment can be around £150 a month (≈£1,200 per year) in addition to base pay for full‑time employees.

The Old Swan & Minster Mill offers a relaxed, fun yet professional environment. Free parking is available on site and we provide discounted staff taxis for those who do not drive.
