We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is keen to develop their skills, enjoys working in a busy kitchen, and wants to progress within a stable, supportive brigade .

This role offers a clear pathway to Chef de Partie for the right candidate.

The role:

• Supporting a Chef de Partie in the smooth running of a section
• Preparing and delivering dishes to a high standard during busy services
• Working in a high-volume operation with clear structure and support
• Learning how to manage prep, service flow, and consistency
