We currently have a vacancy at our 12 bed Residential Dementia Household within The Firs working full time hours per week. The ideal candidate must be flexible in working all shifts.

The Dementia Support Worker role relies on a passion to learn to enable people with dementia to live well. Hold excellent communication skills and the ability to speak out on behalf of our residents, ensuring dignity and respect is upheld.
