Dementia Advisor

A rewarding opportunity for a passionate Dementia professional to join HammondCare on a Full-time Fixed Term basis at our Waratah location.

Dementia Consultant, known within HammondCare Residential as a Dementia Advisor, focuses on improving the lives of individuals living with dementia by applying dementia-specific clinical knowledge and skills in a residential aged care setting.

- This is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 years working Monday - Friday each week

As a key member, some of your responsibilities will include:

Implement HammondCare's Philosophy of care and Case management framework.

On the ground support. Providing dementia specific expert advisory services within HammondCare services, through participation in regular clinical review meetings

Coaching staff, building their ability and capacity to deal with dementia related situations and escalations. Build staff capaci...
