Job Purpose and Impact
The Demand Supply Planning Lead, SEA is responsible for leading the end-to-end demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning processes across a defined product portfolio. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capabilities, and supply network constraints to deliver optimal service, cost, and working capital outcomes.
The role drives robust, data-driven planning through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, partnering closely with commercial, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercial operations and finance teams to enable effective decision-making in a dynamic business environment.
Key Accountabilities
Demand Planning 
Lead the development of demand forecast using statistical models, historical data and commercial inputs.
Integrate market intelligence, promotions and new product instroductions into demand plans.
