Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective issue resolution and high satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production plans and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements while addressing any supply risks.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics, support root cause analysis for missed targets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall performance.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, with 2 years' experience, strong Excel skills and SAP/MRP knowledge is an advantage.
- Up to $4700
