As P&O Business Partner at Mars, you would be responsible for advising on HR policy and assisting with implementation of HR procedures and processes. You would work directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
• Ideally, you’ll have over 3 years’ experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
• We want someone who can work independently and be a team player
