Demand Planning Manager

Job Responsibility

- Develop and manage finished goods planning to optimize level of inventory, meet customer demands and minimize stock-out. - Develop, review, and manage loading forecast and loading plan for production and logistics teams. - Initiate and develop short and long-term loading plans to balance the demand forecast with supply chain cost, efficiency and capacity constraints. - Develop rolling forecast plan for TBR to prepare bottle and monitoring proportion of returnable bottle usage vs new bottle as target Review and propose production & loading plans and inventory targets based on changes in actual demands and impacts on supply costs. - Review production and loading performances to ensure finished goods availability in each region. - Prepare and present supply chain performance and issue in S&OP meeting. - Monitor and control inventory level and age of assigned product group to achieve the stock freshness and FEFO management. - Coordinate with r...
