Demand Planning Manager

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for optimizing inventory efficiency and operational flow within the distribution center by leading replenishment, waving, and inventory slotting strategies. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, and Systems teams to develop and execute demand planning processes and capacity plans that support service-level commitments and operational performance.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of inventory slotting strategies to optimize pick paths, reduce travel time, and enhance order fulfillment productivity
+ Monitor slotting effectiveness and proactively adjust strategies based on seasonality, promotions, and demand variability
