What You'll Do
You are responsible for improve S&OP,S&OE,RvCC, AOP process health level:
You will own the demand planning process for the cluster; develop the linkages among the cross-functional team; provide guidance for and align on a robust demand-based forecast for the countries at all meaningful levels, supporting both S&OP (18-24 months) and RvsCC (5-year) horizon. Employ an effective demand segmentation strategy to focus on the key products and key customers while using statistical forecast as basis for the rest of the volume.You will develop discipline of incorporating sales and marketing inputs into the demand plan; drive the consensus between the Cluster (top-down) and Country roll-up (bottom-up) view of demand, supported by documentation of assumption changes, risk and opportunities and reasons to believe.
