Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts at the SKU and style level using sales trends, seasonality, and customer orders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to align forecast with market demand and factory capabilities.
• Generate weekly and monthly planning reports to support capacity planning and line balancing across sewing, cutting, and embellishment areas.
• Coordinate raw material requirements with Procurement to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and labels.
• Monitor and adjust forecasts in real‑time based on changes in customer orders or market signals.
• Support production scheduling by translating demand plans into cut ticket releases and WIP (work‑in‑progress) tracking.
• Maintain planning data in ERP or MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Excel, or other tools).
