Delivery / Recovery Driver 2

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction by :

• Reviewing the planned route of delivery and / or pickups and all related documentation; following-up with the Sales Co-ordinator on any issues / concerns / questions in advance of commencing delivery / pick-up route.
• Loading truck for safest and most efficient, timely and accurate, deliveries and pickups.
• Delivering new products to customer locations and assisting customers with product unloading / loading of new and used products
• Picking up defective or other products, including used batteries, as authorized for return to East Penn Canada warehouse.
• Accurately processing all warehouse and shipping paperwork.
