About the Role

As Delivery Practice Lead, you’ll line manage a group of 10–15 Business Analyst and Project Delivery professionals with a focus on their career development, capability growth, and performance. You’ll bring a strong people management capability to support, grow, and motivate your team in a hybrid, evolving environment. With this being a Greenfields role, you’ll be laying the foundations: building relationships, setting expectations, and establishing a growth-oriented team culture, supporting your chapter to thrive as the organisation scales.
