Delivery Manager – Salesforce (Mexico)

The Salesforce Delivery Manager will own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs in Mexico , ensuring predictable execution, strong governance, and high client satisfaction across enterprise engagements. This role operates as a client-facing delivery leader and escalation owner , managing distributed teams across LATAM and global hubs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Delivery Execution

• Lead multiple Salesforce engagements (implementation, enhancement, managed services)
• Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, cost, and quality commitments
• Own delivery governance including:
• RAID management
• Steering committee updates
• Drive adherence to delivery frameworks (e.g., KITE or equivalent)
• Manage financials for engagements including:
• Forecasting
• Margin tracking
