The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery outcomes across multi‑location delivery teams, working seamlessly across the UK and nearshore units including Poland, Spain, Brazil and others. Acting as a hands‑on delivery leader, the role ensures programmes are aligned to GFT’s delivery standards while meeting client‑specific expectations and outcomes.
