- Lead and manage project delivery teams, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements within agreed timelines and budgets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks
