We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager – VMS & SOW to lead recruitment delivery and client account management for top semiconductor and advanced technology clients. This role combines VMS recruitment operations and end-to-end SOW program ownership , requiring strong leadership, stakeholder governance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead VMS-driven recruitment delivery for enterprise semiconductor clients.
Strong VMS/MSP delivery & account management experience
Manage client relationships, performance reviews, and delivery governance.
Own full lifecycle of SOW programs across domains: Semiconductor/VLSI, Wireless, Embedded, AI/ML, IT
Drive operational rigor, resource optimization, and commercial performance.
Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
