Location: Droitwich (Hampton Lovett)

Hours: Monday-Friday – 45 hours per week

Starting Salary: £40,000 per annum

Role Overview

As an RDC Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance, staff management, safety compliance, and efficient route coverage. You will maintain a healthy work‑life balance with no weekend work and may pick up additional hours if desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer recommendations, roadworthy and compliant with legal requirements (payload, tachograph, etc.).
• Establish and maintain personnel files for all RDC staff, keeping records updated.
• Motivate staff and hold regular monthly meetings, producing minutes.
• Ensure drivers are instructed on vehicle operation, procedures, quality, and security.
• Cover delivery routes for staff holidays, absences, and ad hoc volume drops...
