Delivery Lead - Wealth Transformation Program

Role Overview

A major Canadian bank is executing a large-scale Wealth Platform Transformation, migrating from one vendor to a new strategic vendor. The Convert & Migrate team is responsible for the end-to-end migration of client accounts, holdings, transactions, tax data, and advisor books of record. The Delivery Lead will serve as the senior subject matter expert and primary delivery owner for this migration stream — bridging business, technology, data, and vendor teams to ensure the program is executed on time, within scope, and with zero compromise to data integrity or client experience.

Data Migration & Governance

▸ Define and enforce data migration governance standards — data quality rules, lineage validation, reconciliation thresholds, and exception handling processes.

▸ Oversee source-to-target data mapping from vendor and other upstream systems into the target platform.
