Delivery Lead

Role Overview

This Auckland‑based, permanent, full‑time role reports to the Head of Delivery and is part of the team shaping and continually improving the delivery practice for the Pacific region. You will lead complex delivery across Agile teams, partners and digital transformation initiatives, supporting end‑to‑end delivery in a hybrid delivery environment at value‑stream level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of value for customers, broker partners and team members across key initiatives.
• Manage RAID items and resolve complex delivery risks and dependencies.
• Support delivery across multiple teams, countries and offshore partners in a scaled Agile environment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops and delivery conversations that help teams stay aligned, focused and accountable.
• Coach teams to apply Agile principles and practices, improve flow, manage impediments and strengthen delivery performance.
