Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head/ Vice President – Solution Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of established InsurTech platforms and enterprise-grade, services-heavy insurance solutions. This role is accountable for predictable, high-quality delivery across product development, client implementations, and deployments, while strengthening governance, scalability, and client confidence across an existing and growing delivery footprint.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated-domain technology delivery, strong leadership across multi-team environments, and the ability to use AI to materially transform delivery practices—improving efficiency, predictability, governance, and execution at scale.
