Role Overview

This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, driving transformation, operational excellence, and innovation across a workforce of 1,500+ FTEs. The portfolio spans customer experience, marketing, order to bill, IVR along with enterprise-grade network, security, and cloud solutions.
