Experience & Qualifications
7-8 years of relevant experience in Delivery Excellence role for IT services and support projects
Experience in planning and conducting internal quality audits and risk reviews
Ability to Identify operational, process-level, and financial risks in projects.
Ability to conduct process-related training and awareness sessions
Experience in facilitating process implementation across projects
Strong understanding of SLAs/KPIs/Metrics for IT and ITES projects
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with Cross Functional teams at all levels
Ability to work independently; work-from-office role based in Chennai
Proficient in MS Office tools, basic computing, Excel, and PowerPoint
