We are seeking a Delivery Engineer with strong experience in EV powertrain systems and automotive programme delivery to support the development and validation of next-generation electric propulsion systems.

This role sits within a leading automotive OEM environment focused on electric vehicle (EV) propulsion, power electronics, battery systems, electric motors and inverter technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering delivery for EV powertrain systems
• Manage programme plans, risks, issues and mitigation strategies
• Oversee design release, prototyping, validation and testing activities
• Coordinate supplier engineering and OEM stakeholder teams
• Ensure compliance with automotive engineering standards
