About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Wingfield, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain fire safety protection, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day will involve:

• Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
