Delivery Consultant

Stealth IT Consulting is expanding, and we are looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our Contract Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen high-quality digital professionals for contract roles
• Manage the full 360 or 180 recruitment lifecycle (depending on your strengths), with a core focus on delivery
• Build and maintain a strong contractor bench, ensuring candidate readiness for new roles
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client briefs and project scopes
• Conduct interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and manage the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records via CRM/ATS and provide reporting as required
• Stay up to date with market trends, rates, and talent availability across digital skill sets
• Proactively pipeline for recurring and high-demand roles
