Deli/Bakery Supervisor

Southern Plains Co-op is hiring for a Deli/Bakery Supervisor for our Bakery/Deli Department at our Carlyle Food Store.

What you'll do:

• Supervise daily deli/bakery operations to meet production and quality standards.
• Prepare deli and bakery products in accordance with standard recipes, production plans, food safety requirements, and customer orders.
• Support training, scheduling, and day-to-day guidance of deli/bakery staff.
• Support inventory control, ordering, receiving and proper storage, merchandising.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently followed.
