Job Description

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here. This will be achieved by:
Supervising and delegating employee’s workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Humboldt Co-op's policies and procedures.
Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching.
Onboarding and training new staff.
Assisting with interviews, as needed.
General Deli duties as required - housekeeping, stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You have prior supervisory experience (considered an asset).
You have above average communication skills and computer skills.
You have retail experience in the areas of customer service and merchandising.
Have knowledge of retail deli operations and willing to expand knowledge in this area....
