About the Role

We’re looking for a highly passionate and creative Deli Operations Specialist to champion deli and meal solutions across New World and PAK’nSAVE stores in the Lower North Island.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll inspire teams, elevate merchandising standards, and bring innovation to life in‑store. You’ll work closely with Store Managers and Deli Teams to deliver an outstanding fresh food experience that excites customers and drives performance.
