Position Summary

As Deli Lead, you focus on supporting the Deli Manager with the daily operations and profitability of the Deli Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of customers, and answer their questions in a timely and effective manner.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of the financial needs of the Deli Department.
• Supervise, delegate tasks, and develop the Deli Team in the absence of the Deli Manager and Assistant Deli Manager.
