  Job Overview: 
 We are looking for a Dedicated Operations Manager to join our Dedicated Operations team. The Dedicated Operations Manager will direct, coordinate and supervise the activities of dedicated drivers to obtain optimum use of equipment and loads. They will maintain equipment control in the terminal region and constant communication with drivers through various communication devices.
  Qualifications: 
 High School Diploma; prefer at least 2 years of college
 2+ Years' experience as a driver manager, load planner, or customer service representative in a truckload carrier environment required
 2+Years of experience in a dedication operation preferred 
 Strong Customer Service Skills
 Good data entry skills accuracy important
 Excel; greater than basic knowledge
