Full-time, ongoing workKey Responsibilities:

Carry out decoration and tiling works within residential properties efficiently and to a high standard
Treat mould and damp issues in line with manufacturer guidelines
Wash down external areas including windows, doors, soffits and fascias
Complete minor wall repairs prior to tiling works
Carry out minor repairs to timber-framed windows, doors, porches, guttering, soffits and fascias during external works
Manage your own workload and attend appointments within scheduled timeslots
