Job Description

Hill International is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Deck Yard HSE Supervisor to join our team 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for the deck yard facilities in compliance with local and international regulations
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
Coordinate and conduct HSE training for all employees and contractors
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Investigate and report on any incidents or accidents, and implement preventive measures
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all HSE activities
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are met on all projects
Monitor and review HSE performance and provide recommendations for improvement
