Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Repair Center’s daily activities and ensure smooth execution of repair tasks.
- Liaise with engineers on spare-part sourcing and repair planning.
- Assist Repair Center technicians in troubleshooting and repairing until final buy-off by stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical items, electrical parts, and electronic PCBs.
- Expand and improve the Repair Center’s capability to repair new item types.
- Ensure an effective handover process during shift changes.
- Actively participate in teamwork to resolve issues efficiently.
