Role Overview

Citizens Advice Waltham Forest, part of the London-wide Debt Free Advice (DFA) project, is looking for an experienced Debt Advice Caseworker. The role involves delivering high‑quality debt advice to local residents who are facing financial hardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, practical debt advice to clients in a sensitive, non‑judgemental way.
• Deliver advice across multiple channels, including face‑to‑face at outreach locations, telephone, video and e‑mail.
• Work within a regulated environment, adhering to quality standards and project quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and advocate for clients to help promote fair financial solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record of supporting clients with debt and financial difficulties.
