D&E - EUV Top Module Mechatronics Design Engineer - Hsinchu

Able to clarify the issue for accurate problem description, root cause deep-dive and drive for solution from technical perspective and have helicopter view of EUV top module issues.

Knowledge/experience of robotics and stage controls is desirable.

Review/study EUV top module design change document to have up to date design info and provide comments to Wilton DE.

Able to provide quick containment with data driven analysis for NXE EUV top module issues in field.

Manage the lifecycle(E2E) of an action plan that needs to be executed at the customer site.

Communicate the issue status updates on a daily basis with WLT DE TME team

Manage customer’s expectation and able to bring the customer needs to the D&E project to close gap.

Interact with EUV DE colleagues in Wilton for driving the containment and solution.
