The DCS Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing Chlor Alkali production processes through the Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations. The role involves operating electrolysis units, chlorine handling systems, caustic soda production processes, hydrogen systems, utilities, and associated equipment while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Process Operation & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor Chlor Alkali production processes through the DCS system.
• Control and optimize key process parameters to ensure stable plant operation.
• Monitor electrolysis cells, brine treatment systems, chlorine processing units, hydrogen systems, and caustic concentration processes.
