**What You’ll Be Doing**

1、重点负责丹佛斯变频器产品的船舶海工应用现场安装、调试、试航、维护及故障诊断工作;

2、提供客户现场技术支持，解决设备运行中的售后技术问题；

3、分析设备故障原因，撰写现场服务报告并提出改进建议；

4、协助客户进行设备操作培训及日常维护指导；

5、配合销售团队完成技术方案沟通与售后问题处理；

6、及时高效处理客户现场服务问题，提升客户服务体验；

7、其它行业的现场服务工作安排。
