DC Trainer

**PIT Trainer (Contract | 6–8 Weeks)**

Train and certify ~40 warehouse operators in a hands-on, safety-focused role. This position is fully floor-based—working directly with trainees to build skills, confidence, and OSHA-compliant performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Deliver hands-on PIT training (no classroom)
+ Coach operators in real-time on equipment use
+ Evaluate and certify per OSHA 1910.178
+ Reinforce safety and track training progress

**Requirements**

+ 3–4+ years PIT experience
+ Training or coaching background
+ OSHA PIT certification
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

**Equipment**

Forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks
