Day to day Supervisor

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to take ownership of a designated patch in Lambeth , overseeing responsive maintenance works across our housing stock. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on trade knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs services.

Your Role Will Include

• Taking full responsibility for a designated geographical patch , ensuring all repairs are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
• Supervising operatives and subcontractors across various trades, driving productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Managing day-to-day responsive repairs works , ensuring jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out post-inspections and quality checks on completed works.
