+ Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows.
+ Coordinate receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities with a focus on accuracy and service.
+ Coach, train, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
+ Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Partner with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to meet customer and business needs.
